Stories | My 1st Camera

I started to Take picture when i was way back in Dec 2009. I bought a Canon S5iS which then leads me to buy a Canon 400D.

I learn a lot by my self. Switching from Auto to Manual just to test the same exposure. I never went to a proper Photography School to learn Capturing Light

When i got the 400D, My interest has went to Manipulating Light, Inspired by the picture from the well known @Ted Adnan ( http://500px.com/tedadnan ) i then begun to discover Strobing. People Might ask why i do Strobing, because at that point of time the only way to difrenciate a shots taken by My 400D with Other is . the Lighting Setup

Then i started to adore Stobing, I started to follow Joe McNally's, Strobis.com and i adore Dustin DIaz. i am amaze by the Small Light that can actually create a photo.

I bought my 1st Photography book wich is "The Hot Shoes Diaries - Joe McNelly's", I joined Ted Adnan's workshop, and do help him out in the field. For me, knowledge has to be earn and i don't mind working for free just to learn something.

With the knowledge, i manage to get some work from some company. the biggest one is KrispyKreme whereby i manage to shoot 4 promo for them until they pull me out due to the Request from the US Headquarters. They were required to get its official materiel from the headquarters.

Finally after all these years serving, i had retired my 400D and move on to the 60D. I still keep my gears setup the same. Same old Kitlens and 50MM. I got some other lenses that i rarely use ( so i dont consider them as my lens )

I am still learning.. and always learning. Teach me More Light
